By using Patches, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game or its online services.

Accounts and Online Features

Some features require sign-in with Google Play Games. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your device, Google account, and payment methods secure.

Community Content

If you submit community levels or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Rousoftware may review, remove, reject, or moderate user-submitted content at its discretion to maintain service quality and safety.

Acceptable Use

You may not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer online systems, use bots or exploits to manipulate rankings, purchases, or ads, or submit harmful, unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.

Purchases and Virtual Benefits

Optional purchases such as ad removal are processed by the platform store, not by Rousoftware directly. Store purchases are subject to the terms, billing rules, and refund policies of the relevant platform.

We may revoke or adjust online or in-app benefits if a purchase is refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.

Termination

Rousoftware may suspend or terminate access to online features if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal or operational risk for the game or its users.

Disclaimers, Liability, and Governing Law

Patches is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Rousoftware may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rousoftware disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Rousoftware operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
